You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to that address: it is the only way into your account, since there is no password.

One account is one person. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

You keep every right you already had in what you upload. Nothing here transfers ownership of your photographs, video, or writing.

You grant Blssm only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, resize them, and display them on the pages you publish. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

By uploading, you confirm that:

• you have the right to use the material, including photographs taken by someone else;
• you have any permission needed from people who appear in it;
• it is not unlawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights;
• the figures you publish about your work are honest.

Blssm is a credibility product. Accounts that publish work they did not do may be removed.

Publishing a pod makes it readable by anyone with the link, and potentially by search engines. You decide what to publish and when to unpublish. See the privacy page for exactly who can see what.

Blssm is free to use during the beta. There is no paid tier and no card on file.

If paid features are introduced later, you will be told before anything changes, and pages that are already published will not be taken down to push you into paying for them.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. That removes your content and your public pages permanently.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms — in practice, for unlawful content or misrepresenting someone else’s work. Except where content is unlawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export.

This is beta software provided as-is. It may be unavailable, it may have bugs, and it is not a backup service — keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, Blssm is not liable for lost data, lost work, or lost opportunities.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page changes and you will be told.
