Only what you enter or upload, plus what is needed to sign you in.

• Your account. An email address. There is no password — signing in works by emailed link.
• Your profile. Display name, username, headline, bio, and location, if you fill them in.
• Your pods. Event details, dates, venue, role, tags, and the figures you enter.
• Media. Photos and video you upload. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which also strips EXIF metadata such as GPS location.
• View counts. When someone opens a public page of yours, we record which page and when. No IP address, no browser fingerprint, no visitor identity of any kind is stored. We cannot tell you who viewed a page, only how many times it was opened.

There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.

A pod is a draft until you publish it. Drafts are visible only to you.

Publishing makes a pod readable by anyone on the internet at your public address. It is not password-protected, and it can be found by anyone you send the link to, or anyone they forward it to. Search engines may index it. Unpublishing removes it from that page.

Photographs and video are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served from a public bucket. Each file has a long random URL that cannot be guessed or listed, and nothing links to a draft’s files — but anyone who has one of those URLs can open it directly, even for a draft, and that remains true until the file is deleted. Treat a media URL as shareable-if-shared.

Event work involves photographing crew, clients, and guests. You are responsible for having the right to upload the images you upload, and for honouring any request from someone in them to take an image down.

You can delete any photo from a pod at any time; deleting it removes the stored file, not just the reference to it.

Blssm runs on a small number of infrastructure providers, each of which processes data only to run the service:

• Supabase — the database and the sign-in system.
• Cloudflare R2 — photo and video storage.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Resend — delivery of sign-in emails.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Under Profile → Delete account you can permanently delete everything: your profile, every pod, every uploaded photo and video, your saved views, and your account itself.

This is a real deletion, not a hidden flag. Your public address stops working immediately, and anyone holding a link to it gets a missing page. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy — there is a Download your data button beside it.

Backups held by our infrastructure providers may retain deleted content for a short period before they roll over.

Blssm is in beta and free to use. It is a small product and things will change; if a change affects what is stored or who can see it, this page changes with it.
